Product Launch Strategy

We want to expand our product offering with a new line: Moroccan Oil Treatment. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. What are the best markets geographically to sell the product? How does this product work in tandem with our human hair products - European hair toppers and Wigs? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. With whom should we partner on manufacturing (Alibaba), packaging & fulfullment? Are there fulfillment centres in China? 3. Who are our closest competitors and how do we differentiate ourselves? How can we also market this as an entry-level product to raise awareness of Sarko Beauty for consumers to eventually buy our human hair wigs, toppers, extensions? 4. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success?

Website UX/UI Analysis

We currently have a website which users come to daily, but we would like to explore through user testing, what users like, what users do not like, what confuses our users, etc. We believe that insights coming out of these experiments will help us design a better website and offer a better experience to our customers. We would like a group of students to conduct user testing scenarios on our product with a handful of current and potential customers of ours. This will include: Conduct background research on our existing website using our heat mapping tools. Identify key friction points that deter conversions on both our product pages and category landing pages. Learn about various testing techniques that are currently industry standard and learn how to perform them efficiently and capture feedback well. Conduct A/B testing on our landing pages to make it optimal for conversions. Implement website changes based on the result of test (we use Shopify).
