I was paralyzed in 2017 from Guillan-Barre Syndrome - an auto immune disorder. I have since spent the last five years recovering. I had the idea of getting off disability support and back running a business. I was exposed to growing mushrooms and researched the market. I started the farm in a warehouse in an industrial park in June of 2022. We are currently supplying a small portion of the grocery store markets within the city of Calgary. Our goal is to supply the restaurant and Grocery stores throughout the area.

Urban Mushroom Farm Inventory Program
The mushrooms are grown from bags. The inventory of the variety of mushroom types in bags from the inoculation to incubation to grow tent 1 or grow tent 2 with harvesting details and removing blocks from inventory after harvests. We would prefer an Excel program template that would allow us to input initially them be able to easily move from one stage to another and keep accurate inventory to allow harvest forecasts.
