This was an excellent partnership between our organization and the students and Dr. Shah in the Organizational Behavior Dynamics course. The engagement and communication aligned our objectives and collaboration. The students applied the coursework to provide practical and creative recommendations and strategies. Dr. Shah's commitment, knowledge, and experience was invaluable for leading the teams while exceeding our organization's project outcomes.

The course provided useful concepts for an organization to consider, whether looking to implement initial processes addressing talent IQ and emotional intelligence or seeking ways to improve. Further, my organization's emphasis on understanding Gen Z was interwoven into the final project which was insightful and helpful for future organizational considerations.

Professor Nidhi Shah is highly involved in and committed to the success of her students. She's an excellent communicator and clearly worked hard with her students to ensure the success of this project.

From the initial meeting with Dr. Shah, I knew that this was going to be a great experience. She is innovative, detailed and engaging. We met twice to review the course objectives and throughout the course I could tell the students were interacting and working together. The final presentations were all well constructed and I look forward to using the information with our staff and volunteers.

Working with Professor Shah was a pleasure and she deserves all the credit for seeing the opportunity to work with a small NFP, with a new and important purpose, but with no past experience of doing projects with university classes.
