Competitive Analysis with a SWOT format in mind
It’s important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. We want to develop clarity on our competitive advantages and optimize our marketing strategy. This project will include: An identification of our current competitors An identification of potential future competitors (eg. a large company in a similar industry who may enter the space) The creation of a matrix identifying features shared across the companies and those that are different. A summary of 2-4 paragraphs describing our competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the competition identified. This could be done in the form of a SWOT analysis. We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can suggest names of competitors to research. Objective We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.
Interactive Speech Therapy Web Application Enhancement
Skyline Innovation Inc. aims to enhance and develop a comprehensive web application designed for speech practice and therapy. The current application requires integration of advanced technologies such as Chatbots, Automated Speech Recognition (ASR), Facial Recognition and Expression Analysis, and sophisticated speech processing and analysis tools. The goal is to create a more personalized and interactive experience for users, enabling them to engage in effective speech therapy and practice sessions. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge in web development, machine learning, and user interface design to create a state-of-the-art application that meets the needs of users seeking speech improvement. Key objectives include: - Integrating Chatbots for interactive user sessions. - Implementing ASR for real-time speech recognition. - Incorporating Facial Recognition and Expression Analysis to monitor user engagement and progress. - Enhancing speech processing and analysis tools for detailed feedback.
Speech Clarity Enhancement Project App development
The main goal for the project is to develop two innovative applications, the Daily Communication App and the Speech Data Collection and Feedback App, to empower those with Parkinson's Disease to communicate more effectively, thereby enhancing their quality of life. The focus is on addressing the unique challenges of speech clarity exacerbated by conditions like dysarthria, by leveraging advanced machine learning for clearer speech and providing immediate user feedback for speech practice and improvement.
New Product Design Insights & Prototype
To expand our product offering with a new ergonomically-designed line, we need insights into how we can redesign existing popular equipment and what products have the most design potential. We believe this project will require: Conducting interviews with potential customers or users. Researching existing products and market potential. Defining current needs and limitations for potential products. Developing a prototype of a recommended product design. We are interested in gaining insights on popular products that could be redesigned to be more usable and comfortable and included in our new ergonomic line. We would also like a prototype of a single product to be included in our new line. The final deliverables include: A report on the research, findings, and general design recommendations for ergonomic products.
