The overall project goal is to reactivate the user base, improve the onboarding process, and create a more engaging experience for users. We want to turn our current experience into a simpler, streamlined experience that allows users to quickly:

1. Claim a pre-created profile or create a new profile from scratch
2. Complete a quick assessment
3. Receive a report and next steps to using our Orgmatch system

1. Project Plan- Identify goals, milestones, and set a timeline for the project
2. Review research and existing designs- Familiarize themselves with the existing product to understand the requirements, design work, and research that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.
3. Competitive analysis - analyze direct or indirect competitor websites and other successful marketplace or matchmaking websites to understand design strengths and weaknesses of the onboarding process. What works well? Where are opportunities for Orgmatch to differentiate the user experience? Provide actionable recommendations based on their findings.
4. UX/UI design- Synthesize research findings and make re-design recommendations to showcase what this experience could be. Begin by determining the ideal user flow for the onboarding process, and then turn that UX solution into hifi designs of the user profile and initial assessment report. Include additional testing and iteration as time permits.
5. Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.
