As our organization scales quickly, we are seeking to implement strategies and long-term processes for employee training and management, especially for performance management and up-to-date records. We have recently implemented Humi and are seeking strategic insight and implementation to create an impactful evaluation process.

With our student intern or team, we would like to focus on the three key areas:

  • Research and design performance review and peer review processes
  • Implement Humi HR design to be our primary tool of focus
  • Support in strategizing employee onboarding, offboarding and training processes and manuals

Deliverables

Successful implementation of Humi HR

Finished employee performance review documents

Mentorship

Students will connect regularly with employer for mentorship and supervision

Student will have complete access to employee data and Humi HR platform (Confidentiality agreement required)

Student will have ability to survey employees and participate in meetings
