The primary goal of this project is to assist VAE Distributions Ltd. in analyzing the market fit for their products in the fourth quarter. Students will engage in comprehensive market research, focusing on seasonal market trends and competitor pricing strategies. They will utilize various product analysis software tools to gather and interpret data, exporting their findings into a structured spreadsheet. The project is divided into three parts: Part 1 involves training on the in-house software suite, Part 2 allows students to practice using the software, and Part 3 focuses on conducting the actual market fit analysis.
