Working with Susan on the Plantaform campaign was such a meaningful and rewarding experience. From day one, she made me feel like a valuable part of the project. Her trust in me to take on both the visuals and the copy gave me the space to grow creatively and professionally. I really appreciated how open she was to ideas and how much she cared about the quality and heart behind everything we produced. What stood out most was how thoughtful and genuine she is in the way she leads. She was always kind, clear, and supportive, not just about the project goals, but also about helping me develop my skills along the way.
