This experience has been designed to help students develop knowledge and skills in the areas of human resource management (HRM). Specifically, it will help students to do the following:


• Students will explore how HRM fits into the broader organizational context

• Students will learn about and understand the major HRM needs of most organizations

• Students will gain familiarity with the HR systems designed to address these needs

• Students will be able to apply HRM knowledge from both a human resource professional and personal perspective.

• Students will gain practical HR experience through client-project engagement

• Students will improve communication and presentation skills
