hr strategy forecasting staffing coordination humane resource strategyOver the entire semester, an entire class of students will research, assess, and make recommendations regarding a human resource planning issue that is specific to your company.
Learners
The exact deliverables are dependent upon the type of information received. In total 5 groups of students, spending a total of 1000 hours on your project, will each submit a +10 page report including a full analysis of internal and external environment, financial requirements & constraints, feasible alternatives and an implementation plan, as well as, any HR Tools, as appropriate.

Requirements
Over the entire semester, an entire class of students will research, assess, and make recommendations regarding a human resource planning issue that is specific to your company.
This can be in any of the following areas:
- Forecasting HR & Staffing needs
- Restructuring
- Outsourcing
- Recruitment & Selection
- Succession Planning
- New Job Opportunities
